  • How many sessions do I need?

    Unthink's laser treatment for Argyria is priced on a per-session basis. The number of sessions required will vary depending on the severity of the condition.


    In most cases, 2-3 sessions are needed for optimal results. If more treatments are necessary, you can come back 6 weeks after for more treatments.

  • Will the treatment be effective?

    Once the pigment has been resolved, the only way you would have a recurrence of Argyria is if you continue to wear jewelry in your skin. The success rate is high, and the results are permanent!

  • What is the recovery like?

    Recovery from laser treatment for argyria is usually very straightforward. 


    You may experience some redness and swelling at the treatment site, but this should resolve quickly. Any swelling can be treated with ice and Acetaminophen can be taken if there is any residual sensation from your laser treatment. 


    Most people are able to return to their normal activities immediately after the procedure.
