Jim Trenholm is a Registered Nurse with the Canadian Nursing Organization and a Certified Laser Operator, bringing over 30 years of emergency and surgical clinical nursing experience to every treatment. 


As Unthink Inc.'s owner-operator, Jim personally handles every consultation, treatment, and aftercare check-in, with no rotating technicians, ever. He regularly attends manufacturer training events, including Candela U symposiums, to stay current on the latest laser techniques and technology.

Amanda


Amanda is a certified Medical Esthetician who graduated from a three-year Medical Esthetics program in 2021. She has operated her own esthetics business since 2019. 


Known for her attention to detail and professionalism, she is also a certified laser hair removal technician providing safe, effective, and personalized treatments backed by both education and hands-on experience.


Treatments like Brazilian, bikini, and underarm hair removal require extra care. As a certified Medical Esthetician, Amanda provides a discreet, gentle, and highly professional experience designed to put every client at ease.

  • How much does treatment cost, and do I have to buy a package?

    We don't require you to buy a package before your first treatment. You pay for your first session individually, and starting on your second visit, you can apply that payment retroactively toward a buy-4-get-1-free package if you choose to continue.

  • Do you offer anything to make treatment more comfortable?

    Yes. We offer free cryoanesthesia (cold air) before, during, and after every treatment. Zensa topical numbing cream is also available for an additional cost, and it's the same product sold at Shoppers Drug Mart.

  • What happens after my treatment?

    You'll go home with our Post Treatment Kit, which includes a gauze dressing and a take-home container of Novi palm-oil and Vitamin E ointment. Jim will also text you personally the day after your treatment to check in and answer any questions.
